So, like a lot of you guys know I love music because I find it’s a way for me to keep motivated when I’m working out or need some inspiration. From powerful vocal strength to relatable, powerful and uplifting lyrics. Music has always been something that has helped me in recovery to me to stay on track and as an escape at times when I much needed one. So, I thought I’d share some tracks from my personal Staying Strong playlist:
Best of Me by Christina Aguilera
Let it Go by Demi Lovato
The Fire by The Roots (ft. John Legend)
Warrior by Demi Lovato
Not Afraid by Eminem
Who You Are by Jessie J
Beautiful by Eminem

Breathe Me by Sia
I Didn’t Know My Own Strength by Whitney Houston
The Fighter by Gym Class Heroes (ft. Ryan Tedder)
